**Abstract:** Li Chengyu, the son of Li Chunlei, an employee at Henan Sifangda Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., was diagnosed with leukemia three months ago. The sudden medical expenses placed a heavy financial burden on this already struggling family. In response to this difficult situation, the company stepped in with support. After the comprehensive office reported the family's circumstances to the company leadership, a charitable donation campaign was quickly organized among employees.
The initiative received an overwhelming response from staff within a short time. The comprehensive office worked diligently to prepare for the event, and on January 8, 2013, a heartfelt donation ceremony titled “Let Life Continue Through Love – Donate Love for Leukemia Patient Li Chengyu†was held in the fourth-floor conference room of the new factory. That afternoon, department heads and representatives from various business units attended the event, bringing with them the love and support of their colleagues.
As the donation activity began, department leaders collected the contributions from their teams and placed them into the donation box. A total of 46,127 yuan was raised.
