This product is constructed using high-quality aluminum alloy and durable plastic bristles, offering superior safety, ease of installation and replacement, heat resistance, and flame retardancy. The innovative design combines an aluminum alloy base with a plastic strip brush, providing several key advantages:
(1) Easy Installation: Thanks to the flexible plastic bristle in the center, the brush can easily conform to various elevator curves, making it simple to insert into the aluminum profile base. Unlike traditional iron bristles that are difficult to bend and prone to deformation, this design significantly improves installation efficiency.
(2) Corrosion Resistance: A major limitation of previous tin-bristled brushes was their inability to be used outdoors, as they would rust and lose bristles when exposed to moisture. Stainless steel alternatives are costly, but the new plastic bristle effectively solves this issue, greatly extending the lifespan of the device.
(3) Easy Replacement: As a consumable part, the brush on the anti-pinch device is subject to frequent wear. Replacing the middle bristle strip becomes routine maintenance. The convenient loading and unloading feature of the plastic bristle makes the process much simpler and less time-consuming. The unit structure is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with an anodized surface, oxide film thickness over 12μm, and hardness above 8°.
(4) Flame Retardant Properties: The brush is made from functional nylon that is highly flexible, resilient, and resistant to wear. It has passed SVHC testing and meets ROHS standards. It is flame retardant, meaning it stops burning when removed from fire, without any burning material falling. The nylon has a density of 1.14, a melting point of 218–224°C, and a heat distortion temperature of 185–190°C. When burned, it melts slowly, producing white smoke, with a blue inner flame and yellow outer flame.
