Guangdong Benlang Company held the first quarter business analysis meeting

During the meeting, representatives from different business units and departments presented their reports on the first-quarter performance. Li Wenhua, the deputy general manager of the finance department, delivered a detailed presentation on the financial performance of Guangdong Benlang and its subsidiaries, highlighting key financial indicators and achievements.

According to the data shared, the company achieved a stable and moderate growth in the first quarter compared to the same period last year, meeting its initial targets. Several major systems showed promising progress: Zibo Benlang Dabao’s innovative sales strategy provided valuable marketing insights; Jiangxi Benlang successfully expanded into new markets, supporting the company’s growth; Quanzhou Benlang made significant technological breakthroughs and experienced positive market expansion; Guangdong Ben Long’s ceramic tools division gradually upgraded its high-energy products, offering strong technical support for market competitiveness; and the stone innovative materials division achieved varying levels of success in product development.

General Manager Yin Yuhang reviewed the main activities of the first quarter and emphasized that in the second quarter, all companies should carefully analyze operational issues from the previous quarter, identify root causes, develop effective solutions, plan comprehensively, focus on key areas, and ensure the successful achievement of annual business goals.

Looking ahead, Yin Yuhang highlighted the need to strengthen the company’s “soft power.” First, he called for enhanced personnel training, starting with corporate culture development. Training sessions should be integrated with daily work, covering all levels from senior leadership to frontline employees across both headquarters and subsidiaries. Traditional Chinese culture should be incorporated into the company’s cultural framework. Third, the company must remain market-oriented, both domestically and internationally, ensuring that all departments stay aligned with market trends and adapt quickly to changes.
