On March 12th, the world's first full-section hard rock roadheader (TBM) operation line of Lijing Coal Mine achieved safe safety in the 1413A high-drainage roadway of Zhangji Mine of Huainan Mining Group, which marked the successful completion of the 52-day test. According to statistics, the total line footage of the operation line is 700 meters, and the average daily footage is 13.5 meters, which is equivalent to a monthly footage of 404 meters, which breaks the highest record of hard rock single entry in Huainan mining area. The full-section hard rock roadheader operation line of Lijing Coal Mine is the world's first full-section hard rock roadheader used in roadway excavation in vertical mines. It is the coal industry upgrading project of the National Development and Reform Commission. For a long time, Huainan Mining Group has been based on equipment and management upgrades, and has unswervingly promoted the mechanization of rock lanes. Since 2012, it has organized the research and development, design, manufacture, installation and construction of the project, and won the first opportunity for the trial project to settle in Huainan Mining. In November 2014, the world's first full-section hard rock roadheader operation line of Lijing Coal Mine was installed at the 1413A high-drainage roadway of Zhangji Mine of Huainan Mining Group; in January 2015, it was put into trial operation and officially operated in the middle of the month. Faced with many complicated situations such as full-section quartz sandstone (rock compressive strength 80 MPa), roadheader line length (up to 50 meters), and own weight (total weight 350 tons), Huainan Mining Group launched independent innovation. The research has overcome the difficulties of large-scale equipment entering the well installation, highlighting the mine's “explosion-proofâ€, slag discharge, material personnel transportation, and fault crossing, ensuring the smooth progress of the installation, initial launch, excavation, and penetration tests, and successively created quartz sandstone excavation. The highest small class footage is 14.5 meters, and the highest daily footage is 30.7 meters. In addition, the test also shows that since the application of the equipment, coal mine rock roadway single-entry, production efficiency is 5 to 10 times higher than the current gun excavation, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, and basically achieving the essential safety production of coal mines.
