Bamboo plywood templates come in two main types: double-sided laminated and two-sided smooth (glossy) finishes. The product uses modified phenolic resin adhesive, which provides excellent water resistance. It can withstand boiling for up to three hours without delamination. Its thermal conductivity is low—ranging from 0.14 to 1.16 W/m·K—which is much less than that of steel formwork. This helps maintain better insulation for concrete during winter construction, improving overall efficiency.
These templates are widely used in various construction projects, including commercial and residential buildings, airports, parking lots, and urban infrastructure. They are also suitable for container floors, vehicle panels, and ship structures. Among them, the bamboo bridge template stands out for its high quality, available in both standard and high-precision versions. The surface is finely smoothed, with no visible matting, and imported plastic materials are used for superior finish.
