(1) The center distance between the steam and water valves of the two-color water level gauge is inconsistent with the center distance of the steam and water outlet pipes of the drum.
(2) The working pressure of the drum does not match.
Two-color water level gauge problem analysis:
The predecessor of the two-color water level gauge is made by adding a prism to the glass water level gauge. It is the principle of transillumination and reflection of different media by prisms, so that the colorless water and steam in the water level gauge are displayed in different colors, respectively. The moisture interface is very clear and eye-catching. It is easy to observe. It is shown in green for the watery portion and red for the waterless portion. In use, the color of the steam and water level will never be “mixedâ€. If the operation is wrong, the two-color water level gauge will not work.
Two-color water level gauge processing method:
(1) Before installing the two-color water level gauge, check whether there is any blockage or leak in each part.
(2) Check whether the center distance between the two steam and water valves of the liquid level gauge and the center of the two steam and water outlet pipes of the drum are equal.
(3) The rated pressure of the boiler is consistent with the working pressure of the selected water level gauge. The general working pressure is 1.6 type below 1.3MPa; the working pressure is 2.5 type in 1.3-2.OMpa; the working pressure is 2.0 type in 2.0-3.5MPa.
(4) After the boiler equipment is unpacked, the water level gauge should be kept separately.
(5) When installing, it should be cleaned to prevent collision, and should not be struck with force. Moreover, the bolts should be evenly applied.
