Second, implement a tightened definition of standards. On this basis, we implement stricter standards for environmental protection, energy consumption and safety, increase penalties for violations, and improve the technological level of existing enterprises and increase their technological content in accordance with open, fair and just market principles. Improve its competitiveness.
Third, accelerate the implementation of mergers and acquisitions. We support enterprises to become bigger and stronger, support superior enterprises, eliminate backward production capacity, and increase industrial concentration, so as to accelerate our advantageous industries, advantageous enterprises and outstanding entrepreneurs to play a greater role in market allocation and resource decisive role.
Fourth, we also encourage enterprises to accelerate the pace of “going out†of enterprises in the current stage of economic development.
