Talks on jointly promoting the development of mineral resources such as molybdenum and graphite

On the afternoon of the 15th, Deputy Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor Lu Hao went to China Railway Engineering Corporation and General Manager Yao Guiqing and Party Secretary Dai Hegen to hold talks on jointly promoting the development of mineral resources such as molybdenum and graphite and extending the industrial chain.
On behalf of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, Lu Hao expressed his gratitude to China Railway for its participation and support for the development of Heilongjiang. He said that mineral resources such as molybdenum and graphite are important development resources of Heilongjiang. We welcome China Railway to participate in the development and deep processing of molybdenum and graphite resources. Regarding the Yichun Luming Molybdenum Mine Project, it is recommended that China Railway Group realize the target of mineral processing and mineralization as determined in the early stage as soon as possible, and determine the equipment and process plan for molybdenum oxide processing to further grasp the market prospects; the relevant departments of the province should actively coordinate with the relevant state departments. The land area of ​​the project is approved by the land and the environmental impact assessment, and the relevant departments of the provincial government will provide support in accordance with the method determined by the provincial industrial structure adjustment special fund management measures. Regarding the Hegang Graphite Project, it is recommended to determine the technical deep processing technology route as soon as possible and find partners. We will actively coordinate relevant departments of the state to complete the project approval and relevant links, and strive to start the project as soon as possible.
Yao Guiqing agreed with the province's consideration of promoting the development of mineral resources such as molybdenum and graphite, saying that it will speed up the work progress, rationally design the industrial chain, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
