3, permanent deformation
A. When the compression (or tension) spring is compressed (or stretched) to the test load position, the permanent deformation shall be less than or equal to 0.3% of the free height and the maximum shall not exceed 0.05 mm.
B. When the torsion spring is twisted to the angle corresponding to the allowable bending stress, the permanent deformation amount shall not exceed 1°.
