Adjusting the idle oil quantity The oil pump is screwed into the idle limit screw for the idle speed.

Adjusting the oil quantity involves using the oil pump to regulate the speed and screw it into the corrector assembly, ensuring that the rack correction stroke and/or the correction oil volume meet the required specifications. Additionally, adjust the pre-load of the correction spring so that the system operates efficiently at the desired speed. For idle oil quantity adjustment, focus on the idle speed. Tighten the idle speed limit screw to achieve the proper idle oil volume. Then, loosen the idle limit screw slightly to reduce the rack position by 1mm (if a rack position parameter is available in the table, you can directly adjust the idle limit screw to decrease the rack position by 1mm). After that, tighten the idle speed spring component to ensure the idle oil volume meets the requirements.

Once the oil pump is installed, if the diesel engine exhibits idling issues, fine-tuning of the components may be necessary. For starting oil adjustment, set the oil pump to the starting speed. Measure the distance R from the end face of the pump body to the end face of the rack. Adjust the elastic start enrichment part so that the dimension M equals R plus 0.2 to 0.4 mm. Mount the elastic start and thickening parts onto the pump body, and verify that both the calibration and starting oil volume meet the required standards. Finally, check the parking condition under any operating situation: turn the parking lever, and the oil pump should stop fuel supply without any backflow or counter fuel injection.

This process ensures smooth operation, accurate fuel delivery, and reliable shutdown performance. It's important to follow these steps carefully to maintain the efficiency and safety of the diesel engine. Always refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines for specific adjustments and tolerances.

Refractory Clay Brick

Refractory clay bricks use hard clay clinker, soft clay as the main raw material, according to certain particle size requirements for the ingredients, after molding, drying, firing at a high temperature of 1300 ~ 1400 ℃. Clay brick belongs to the weak acid refractory products, can resist the erosion of acidic slag and acidic gases, the resistance to alkaline substances is slightly worse. Clay bricks have good thermal properties and are resistant to rapid cooling and heating.
