Adjusting the idle oil quantity The oil pump is screwed into the idle limit screw for the idle speed.

Adjusting the oil quantity involves using the oil pump to regulate the engine speed and align the rack with the corrector part, ensuring that the rack stroke and oil supply meet the required specifications. The preload of the correction spring should also be adjusted so that the system operates efficiently at the desired speed. For idle oil quantity adjustment, focus on the idle speed. Tighten the idle speed limit screw to set the correct idle oil quantity. Then, loosen the idle limit screw slightly to reduce the rack position by 1mm (if a rack position parameter is available in the table, you can directly adjust the idle limit screw to decrease the rack position by 1mm). Afterward, tighten the idle speed spring component to ensure the idle oil quantity meets the necessary requirements.

Once the oil pump is installed, if the diesel engine experiences idling issues, fine-tuning of the components may be necessary. For starting oil adjustment, the oil pump is responsible for the starting speed. Measure the distance R from the end face of the pump body to the end face of the rack. Adjust the elastic start enrichment part so that the measured size M equals R plus 0.2 to 0.4 mm. The elastic start and enrichment parts are then mounted onto the pump body, ensuring that the calibration and starting oil quantity meet the required standards. Finally, check the parking conditions. Under any operating condition, turning the parking handle should stop the fuel supply completely, with no reverse fuel flow occurring.

Proper adjustment of these components ensures smooth operation, efficient fuel delivery, and reliable engine performance. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and use appropriate tools for accurate settings. Regular maintenance and checks are essential to maintain the integrity of the fuel system and prevent potential failures during operation.

High Alumina Refractory Brick

High-alumina rhodochrosite refractory bricks are made of selected high-alumina clinker, rhodochrosite, silica nepheline, combined with clay as the main raw materials, molded by high pressure and sintered at high temperature. The products have excellent tensile strength and good thermal shock stability.
