A brief overview of sludge screw pump working principle and characteristics

A sludge screw pump is a type of single-screw pump, featuring a rotor with an eccentric helical screw and a stator with a double-helix inner surface. The working principle involves the motor driving the pump shaft, which causes the screw to rotate around its own axis while simultaneously rolling along the inner surface of the stator. This motion creates a series of sealed chambers within the pump. With each rotation, the liquid inside these chambers is advanced by one pitch. As the screw continues to turn, the liquid is gradually pushed from one chamber to the next, eventually being discharged from the pump body. This type of pump offers several advantages over other centrifugal or rotary pumps. First, it is less affected by gas or solid particles entering the system. Second, its robust design makes it easy to install and maintain. Third, it provides a smooth and continuous flow with minimal vibration and noise. Fourth, due to its low rotational inertia, it can operate at higher speeds compared to some other pump types. Fifth, it has excellent suction and self-priming capabilities, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Sixth, it can handle a broad variety of liquids, including those with high viscosity. Finally, it operates over a wide range of pressures and flow rates, with pressure typically ranging from 3.4 to 340 kgf/cm² and flow rates reaching up to 18,600 cm³/min. These features make the sludge screw pump a versatile and reliable choice in many industrial settings.

Strain Gauges

Incorporating the strengths of both confectioned copper foil and Evan film, our sensor materials are an industry breakthrough for high-level precision sensors. Engineered with a fully sealed laminated foil and polyimide film structure, these materials offer a dual advantage of temperature and creep self-compensation, ensuring relentless accuracy over time.

The clever design sports high peel strength and substrate rigidity, paired with low shrinkage and excellent creep consistency, resulting in reliable repeatability and minimal hysteresis. A special cover layer enhances sealing, safeguarding the sensor's performance and making it well-suited for sensitive applications requiring stability, such as C3 level precision tasks.

Calibration is a breeze, as heat treatment allows fine-tuning of the temperature characteristic sensitivity coefficient. This adaptability makes our material perfect for non-external compensation sensors operating with a tight tolerance range of 0.03% to 0.05%.

By streamlining these two versatile materials' properties, we've developed a product that doesn't just meet but exceeds the demanding requirements for precision sensor systems. Choose our laminate for an uncompromised, stable, and protected sensing experience.
