Compared with other lightweight panels, aerated concrete slabs have obvious advantages in terms of sheet properties, product stability, raw material source and production scale. Aerated concrete products have been developed abroad for nearly one hundred years, and have become a pillar industry in the construction industry, producing aerated concrete multi-plate products, and a high proportion in building boards. China has introduced this technology for nearly 40 years, and its production process and equipment are becoming more mature. However, China's aerated concrete products are still dominated by blocks, and the ratio of plates to blocks is roughly 1:10, and most of them are roof panels. Increasing the proportion of plates in aerated concrete products, and striving to increase the production of products led by partition wall panels, roof slabs and exterior wall panels, is the future development direction of China's aerated concrete industry.
