In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy development of the dense-headed security network industry, in the first quarter of 2010, the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision organized a product quality supervision and random inspection of the safety net. The samples are mainly extracted from production and distribution companies in Xi'an and Minnan. A total of 7 enterprises were sampled and 7 batches of samples were taken. After testing, 4 batches were qualified, and the qualification rate of physical quality was 57.1%.
The spot check is based on GB16909-1997 "Concentrated Eye Safety Net", and the breaking strength, elongation at break, eye opening and closing force, trapezoidal tearing strength, impact resistance, and penetration resistance of the compact-meshed safety net. Fire-retardant properties and other items were tested.
The problems with the quality of the compact mesh safety net are mainly impact resistance, penetration resistance, flame retardant performance, and unsatisfactory project of eye opening and closing. These indicators are the main indicators reflecting the protective performance of the safety net. These unqualified products are prone to tearing of the mesh edges, penetration of the mesh body, ineffective flame retardance, and no safety protection in the use of safety protection.
Regarding the major quality problems found during spot checks, the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision has instructed the municipal quality and technical supervision departments to strictly follow the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of the product quality law, and dealt with enterprises that failed to meet the quality requirements during the spot checks in accordance with the law and supervise the enterprises within the time limit. Rectification; At the same time, intensify publicity efforts on quality products and their production enterprises. The Bureau will continue to conduct follow-up inspections on the product quality of the compact-listed safety net and promote the improvement of the overall quality of the industry.

The stitches do not have skipping stitches, leaks, and even seams. Each of the dense meshes is allowed to have a seam, and the seamed area should be firmly secured. There is no yarn breakage, holes, deformation, or weaving defects that hinder use. The mesh density requirement is not less than 800 mesh/100cm2, and the ring buckle aperture is not less than 8 mm. The retail price of each network should currently be around 50 yuan. Quality issues are generally found in nets below 45 yuan.
