The price increase is 3.09 points per degree; the smallest adjustment rate in Guizhou is 1.24 points per degree.

After the adjustment of the on-grid tariff, the average selling price was 1.67 points per one-degree increase, and Shanxi was the highest, with a price increase of 2.4 points per degree, and the smallest increase was in Sichuan, with a price increase of 4 cents per degree.

According to reports, the main basis for electricity price adjustments in 15 provinces and cities includes two indicators: the hours of power generation and the loss of provinces, which mainly solve the problem of power generation losses caused by high coal prices.

The price adjustment targets mainly for industrial, commercial, and agricultural electricity use, not involving residential electricity prices. “Since the price of household electricity is constant, this round of price adjustment has no direct impact on CPI.” Officials of the National Development and Reform Commission stated that the increase in electricity price has a boosting effect on the cost of industrial enterprises, but it has no direct impact on GDP and has an indirect impact on CPI, but the impact is very high. small.

At the same time, the National Development and Reform Commission requires all localities to prohibit preferential electricity prices for high energy-consuming enterprises. According to informed sources, there are a few provinces and cities that engage in preferential tariffs for high energy-consuming companies and stimulate the development of high-energy-consuming industries. At the same time, in order to protect the enthusiasm of thermal power companies for power generation, the NDRC will strengthen the supervision of coal prices.
