1. Installation and disassembly
(1) Use mechanical, hydraulic or heating methods to carry out correct and effective bearing assembly.
(2) Use a full set of tools and equipment for various professional engineering service technologies to make these tools simple, fast and more multiplied.
(3) Special tools and technologies are used for professional assembly to maximize the running time of the machine.
2. Lubrication
(1) Although various "maintenance-free" sealed bearings can be installed, 35-36% of early failure bearings are due to incorrect technical application and improper use of grease. Any improperly lubricated bearings will inevitably fail before the normal service life.
(2) Since bearings are usually the most difficult parts to install and remove in mechanical equipment, problems will occur if they are not lubricated often. When manual maintenance is not possible, a fully automatic lubrication system is developed to achieve the best lubrication effect. As long as high-quality grease, tools and technology are used for effective lubrication according to requirements, it will help to significantly reduce downtime.
3. Anti-pollution
Bearings are precision parts. If the bearings and grease are contaminated, they will not be able to operate effectively. In addition, because maintenance-free sealed bearings filled with grease only occupy a small part of all used bearings, at least about 15% of all prematurely failed bearings are caused by pollution problems.
4. Fatigue prevention
(1) Prevent the motor from overload, improper use or maintenance, and the bearing will be affected, causing the bearing to fail prematurely.
(2) Use state monitoring equipment for detection and analysis. When the bearing is not maintained properly or the stress is too large, an "advance warning" will be issued to avoid sudden or unplanned failure.
