1. Control the pollution of hydraulic component processing
The processing of hydraulic components generally requires a "wet processing" method, that is, all processing steps are required to add lubricating fluid or cleaning fluid to ensure surface processing quality.
2. Cleaning of hydraulic components
Before the new hydraulic components are assembled, the old hydraulic components must be cleaned before being used. The following points should be done during the cleaning process:
1 The disassembly and cleaning of hydraulic components should be carried out in a clean room in accordance with national standards. If the conditional operation room is better, the pressure in the room is higher than that in the outdoor, and the plastic mold prevents atmospheric dust pollution.
2 If the conditions are limited, the operation room should also be isolated separately. Generally, the assembly room of the hydraulic parts and the machining room or the fitter room are not allowed to be in the same room. It is absolutely forbidden to disassemble and assemble the hydraulic parts in the open air, shed, utility room or warehouse.
3 When disassembling and installing hydraulic components, the operator should wear overalls and work caps that are not easy to fall off, so as to prevent fibers, dust, hair, dander, etc. from being scattered into the hydraulic system and causing human pollution.
4 Hydraulic parts cleaning should be carried out on a special cleaning station. If conditions are limited, the cleanliness of the temporary work table should also be ensured.
5 The cleaning fluid allows the use of kerosene, gasoline and hydraulic oil of the same hydraulic working system.
6 Washed parts are not allowed to be wiped with cotton, linen, silk and chemical fiber fabric to prevent the fibers from falling off from contaminating the system. It is also not allowed to use a leather tiger to blow the parts (dust inside the tiger), and if necessary, dry the parts with clean and dry compressed air.
7 The cleaned parts are not allowed to be placed directly on the land, concrete floor, floor, bench and assembly table, but should be placed in a container with a lid and filled with hydraulic oil.
8 Parts that have been cleaned but not assembled should be stored in anti-rust oil, especially in wet areas and seasons.
