Aeration hose site installation precautions

Aeration Hose Installation Procedure 1. When installing the aeration hose, it is important to avoid dragging the hose along the ground to prevent damage. Before installation, the air line should be purged to remove any debris or blockages. The hose must be carefully placed and secured in position. It is strictly prohibited to cut or weld the hose, as this can compromise its integrity and performance. 2. In the contact oxidation tank, the lower packing frame must be leveled using a spirit level, ensuring that the deviation does not exceed ±10mm. The aeration hose should be fixed under the lower packing frame every 500mm using the specialized fixing rope provided by our company. This ensures stability and proper alignment of the hose. 3. When connecting a single head to the air intake, the tail end of the hose should be secured first before trimming the excess length of the head. The tail end must be left free of the tie rope and then fastened to the corner of the pool wall, ensuring that the embedded parts are properly aligned. The hose must remain straight and free from twisting to maintain even air distribution. 4. The clamp must be fully inserted into the groove of the aeration hose connector, and the nut should be tightened evenly to ensure a secure connection. After installation, fill the hose with clear water up to 100mm and start the Roots blower to check for air leaks and verify the aeration efficiency. Precautions During Aeration Hose Installation: 1. When drilling holes for the inner expansion bolts, care must be taken not to make them too deep. A depth of no more than 40mm is recommended. Avoid allowing dust or debris to enter the hole, as this can interfere with the proper installation of the stainless steel screw rod. 2. The aeration hose must be laid flat and straight, avoiding any twisting or kinking, which could reduce airflow and cause premature wear. 3. When tightening the plastic ring, ensure it is correctly positioned. If misplaced, it may create an acute angle that could lead to abrasion or damage to the aeration hose. 4. It is highly recommended to install a blowdown vent pipe at the air intake manifold and include a drain valve. This helps to remove any accumulated moisture or debris, ensuring the aeration system operates reliably and consistently over time. By following these detailed steps and precautions, the aeration system will function efficiently, last longer, and maintain optimal performance throughout its service life.
