Properties:
PTFE adhesive tape is well known as its smooth surface, non-sticky, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance and insulating properties, it is widely used in packaging, heat moulding, laminating, sealing and electrical industries etc. PTFE adhesive tape is enhanced by fiberglass fabric, which improved its tensile strength. It could be used plastic moulding except additional applications, it is reusable, easy to install.
Teflon Adhesive is using glass cloth base material, impregnated with PTFE or Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) dispersion and then sintered.Â
Single surface treated and coated with a high-temperature-resistant, silicone, with pressure-sensitive adhesive coated on back side. Taixing Youngsun products can be supplied as long rolls as in picture.Â
Yellow textured PVC release liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application and protection long lifetime of fresh adhesive.Â
We use 100% Dow Coring silicone adhesive which guarantees super high temperature resistance.Â
Self-wound rolls self adhesive ptfe tape are available (without liner).Â
