2, rotating frame

1, instrument level

The non-parallelism of the front surface of the instrument at the factory front is less than 1mm. 2, zero adjustment

The slump cylinder is placed in a container, and a weight (the weight corresponding to the weight of the material) is assembled in the slump cylinder. Loosen the four thread checks, fasten the feed hopper to the upper edge of the slump cylinder, and fasten the rotating frame and column according to the position in Figure (1), then tighten the four hex head screws. Loosen the set screw, place the transparent disc on the slump cylinder according to the position of the figure, and fasten the column and the guide rod. Press the digital display to set the zero key to zero.

Five, concrete Weibo consistency meter   Test installation drawing and packing list test procedure

1. Place the VBR-II digital vibrating consistency meter on a solid horizontal platform and wet the container, slump cylinder, inner wall of the feed port and other utensils with a damp cloth.

2. Fasten the feed port to the top of the slump cylinder, correct the position of the container so that its axis coincides with the axis of the feed port, and then tighten the wing nut.

3. Put the concrete sample obtained according to the requirements into the slump cylinder in three layers with a spatula. After each layer is compacted, it is about one-third of the height. Each layer is evenly inserted with a crowbar. Under 捣25, the second layer and the top layer should be inserted through the layer, and the scorpion bar should just enter the bottom layer of the next layer. After the tamping is completed, the top surface is flattened.

4. Turn the transparent disc to the top of the slump cylinder to lock the set screw and zero.

5. Turn the feeding port and the disc away and lift the slump cylinder vertically. At this time, care should be taken not to cause the concrete specimen to be laterally twisted.

6. Turn the transparent disc to the top surface of the concrete round table, loosen the set screw, lower the disc so that it can gently touch the concrete surface, and the reading value is the slump value.

When the bottom surface of the transparent disc is shaken by the cement slurry, press “Start/Stop” and press the girl.
