Resisting the network rumors and creating a healthy and civilized network environment has become a common concern of all sectors of society. In order to resist network rumors, create a healthy and civilized network environment, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Internet industry, the China Internet Society has issued the following initiatives to the national Internet industry: 1. Establish legal awareness and strictly abide by the laws and regulations formulated by the state and industry authorities. And the industry self-discipline convention issued by the Internet Society of China does not provide channels for communication of Internet rumors, and cooperates with relevant government departments to crack down on the use of the Internet to spread rumors. Second, actively respond to the strategic deployment of "strengthening national cultural soft power, promoting Chinese culture, and striving to build a socialist cultural power", producing and disseminating legal, real and healthy online content, building the Internet into propaganda science theory, disseminating advanced culture, A platform for shaping a beautiful mind and promoting social integrity. Third, enhance social responsibility, fulfill media responsibilities, assume corporate social responsibility, protect the rights of netizens to use the Internet according to law, strengthen the management of interactive columns such as forums and microblogs, actively guide netizens to access the Internet, speak civilizedly, and resolutely cut off network rumors. Chain. Fourth, adhere to self-discipline and strengthen industry self-discipline. Establish and improve the internal management system of the website, standardize the process of information production, distribution and dissemination, strengthen the internal supervision mechanism; actively use the technical management conditions of the website to strengthen the screening and processing of the website content, and promptly delete the obvious network rumors. Fifth, strengthen the professional ethics education for the employees of the website, require the website practitioners to earnestly fulfill their legal responsibilities, abide by the social morality, improve the ability of practitioners to distinguish online rumors, and urge the employees to develop good professional habits. 6. Enterprises providing interactive information services shall abide by the government's requirements for real-life Internet identity authentication, and at the same time, protect the personal information security of netizens, and remind all kinds of information publishers to publish information must be objective and true, and be responsible for each netizen. Consciously accept social supervision, set up smooth channels for listening to the opinions of netizens, conscientiously rectify the problems reflected by the public, and improve social credibility. 8.
