Causes and elimination of common wounds in metal cutting machine tools (6)

The welding repair and sticking of the machine tool guide rails is relatively complicated, especially for the repair of large-area wounds. Before construction, it should be considered more carefully. First, we must consider the accuracy of the repair process used for the guide rails. Whether the mechanical properties have any influence, such as welding repair and sticking, need to be heated, then whether the temperature in the process will cause the guide rail to deform, whether it will change the mechanical strength and surface hardness of the guide rail. Secondly, it is necessary to consider the adaptability of the repairing process to the guide rail material. For example, the guide rail of the cast iron material generally does not use cast iron surfacing, because the weldability of the casting is poor, cracks, pores and the like are easily generated, and the processing is also difficult. The process temperature is high (refer to gas welding), which is easy to cause deformation of the guide rail. The third is to consider the mechanical strength of the repair layer itself and the actual working environment of the guide rail. For example, we also use the tin-bismuth alloy surfacing to repair the 4m planer guide rail and the T68 binding guide rail. Since the former guide rail lubrication condition is good, it has been used for 20 years, and the situation is still good; while the latter is poor in lubrication conditions and poor working environment, only It has been lost in three years. In short, try to make the repair layer meet a certain period of use.

In the overhaul of the machine tool, the guide rails are generally repaired in the following two ways: firstly, the bed rails are finely planed, finished or finely ground, the scratches are repaired, the size according to the bed rails and the wear of the skateboards are repaired. , or replace the skateboard, or bond other compensating materials on the slide rail, such as polytetrafluoroethylene soft belt, epoxy wear-resistant paint, nylon plate or metal plate to compensate the size chain. Another method is to fine The machined rails are lined with pre-heat treated steel rails or hardened steel strips.
