Application of new technologies for energy conservation and environmental protection

【Abstract】 After a brief introduction to Ebara Works and Garrett, it has led to how Garrett has contributed to energy conservation and environmental protection through production sites and technologies. In terms of plant equipment, the application is based on the technology unique to Ebara Seisakusho; and the development and application of a production management system (ERP system) suitable for a variety of small-scale production methods can be flexibly applied in delivery time management, cost management, and finance. Management; secondly, it has a foundry that produces environmentally friendly, high-quality castings; and an automatic test system for pump performance. I. Introduction

At present, how to control the global warming of the earth in terms of energy conservation and environmental protection is a problem that needs to be solved not only in China but also in the whole world. On this issue, Garrett is also striving to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection in the production process and the products provided to users.

Second, the application at the production site

Garrett Ebara Pump Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Japan's Ebara Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Garrett Industrial Co., located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province. Founded in 1925, Ebara Works is a world-renowned pump manufacturer. So far, the EBARA Group has 15,000 employees and its sales in 2006 reached RMB 36 billion. The business of the EBARA Group consists of a wind power business that produces pumps and blowers, an environmental business such as water treatment equipment, river drainage treatment, and waste incineration equipment, and a precision business such as semiconductor-related equipment. Jialite Liaoyuan was established as a joint venture company in 2003. It has a design land of 120 000 m2 in Shui On. After the construction of the new plant, it moved to the new plant in June 2005 and was successfully put into trial production. With more than 300 employees, the company achieved sales of RMB 130 million in 2006 and is growing at a rate of more than 10% per year. The business content includes designing, manufacturing and selling pumps that meet the needs of domestic petroleum and petrochemical companies based on the US Refining Association's authoritative API standards. The product range includes single-support horizontal volute pump, double-support horizontal volute pump, double-shell radial multi-stage high-pressure pump and vertical process pump.
