Third, hazard identification and analysis

The company has 380 volt low-voltage explosion-proof lighting distribution boxes. Dozens of cable connectors. When the above-mentioned equipment is in operation, electric shocks, electrical fires, and accidents are prone to occur.

IV. Accident modes and consequences

(1) When the high-voltage system fails or a lightning strike or other causes cause system over-voltage, it will cause a blackout.

(2) When voltage transformers, current transformers, transformers, air switches, cables and other primary equipment, due to long-term overload or short-circuit failure of the equipment itself, and poor contact of the connection terminal, the insulation of the above-mentioned electrical equipment will be deteriorated and self-heating , causing electrical fires, but also serious voltage regulators, arresters, capacitors.

(3) If the secondary system of the high voltage system is poorly grounded, it will cause secondary equipment to generate high voltage, threatening personal safety and causing electric shock accidents.

V. On-site emergency measures

When abnormality occurs in the explosion-proof lighting distribution box (distribution box), when the three groups of ammeters lack phase and insurance blowout occurs, the circuit breaker shall be pulled off in time to disconnect the power, and the equipment section or electrician shall be promptly reported, after the problem is solved. Only power.

Sixth, alarm and notification

In the event of an electrical fire or personal electric shock, immediately call the fire alarm 119 or the relevant leader. When there are casualties, the “122” emergency center should be called immediately.

Seventh, emergency response and rescue measures

(1) In the event of an electrical fire, the relevant power supply should be quickly cut off, and a dry powder fire extinguisher should be used to extinguish the fire, and immediately call 119 and report to the Security Section or have relevant leadership.

(2) If someone gets an electric shock, immediately disconnect the power of the relevant equipment, so that the electric shocker can get out of the power supply and perform on-site self-rescue. Artificial respiration is performed on persons who are subject to electric shock. After receiving the report, the security section and related leaders should immediately organize the vehicle to send the injured to the nearest hospital.

Eight, protection and rescue equipment

The production workshop should be equipped with qualified fire extinguishers, fire-specific rafts, axes, fire buckets, and the company should have emergency duty vehicles.
