Section 1 Explosion Proof Inspection Operation Specifications

First, job requirements

1. Must pass professional training exams, hold certificates, and work independently. Apprentice workers may not work alone in explosion-proof inspections.

2. Must be familiar with "GB3836-2010" related content, "standards" and electrical equipment explosion-proof standards of the relevant provisions.

3. Be familiar with the power supply system and electrical equipment performance within the scope of work. Understand the type, quantity, and distribution of electrical equipment in the area under inspection. .

Second, safety regulations

1. You must not drink alcohol before going to work, and you must not do anything unrelated to your job and abide by relevant rules and regulations.

2. When a power failure is required to check the equipment, the power transmission system must be strictly implemented. The gas concentration of 1% or less is permitted to open the flameproof enclosure, which can be checked after the experience of electricity and discharge.

3. When the problems detected cannot be dealt with on the spot, the relevant units may be notified to take temporary safety measures, and the equipment that has lost the explosion may not be allowed to transmit power.

4. The unreasonable device for relay protection setting, notify the relevant personnel, and re-adjust.

Third, operation preparation

1. Check the tools, meters, parts, and insulation materials for inspection. Check whether the electroscope is in good condition.

1. Pre-well inspection of electrical equipment:

The explosion-proof performance must meet the requirements of the explosion-proof standard, and it is forbidden to enter the well with the detonation equipment.

(2) Explosion-proof electrical equipment Before man wells, they should check their "product certification", "explosion-proof certificate", "and safety performance.

(3) Manhole equipment inspection records must be filled in. Qualified equipment can be issued with a manhole certificate.

2. Inspection of underground electrical equipment:

(1) Explosion-proof inspectors shall check with the person in charge or maintenance personnel in the area when inspecting electrical equipment downhole.

(2) Whether the surrounding environment of the equipment is clean and there is no obstruction to the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment.

(3) Whether there is a good ventilation and cooling conditions, the shell has no defects.

(4) Whether the installation is firm and reliable, with or without skew and vibration.

(5) The equipment is in good condition and meets the explosion-proof performance and requirements.
